Modern Home in Foodie District - 2BR - Sleeps 4

Great place to stay at, the place is exactly as shown on the listing. Kitchen was full of cookware so we were able to make our own meals. Bathroom was spotless clean with warm water. Beds were comfortable. There is only street parking available (no reserved spot), but it was easy to find a spot. Instructions on getting inside were easy and Matthew was easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

Matthew’s place was great!!! Safe, warm and plenty to do. I am of Polynesian descent and there were 4 of us all male and all 6 plus feet and 250+ lbs. the place was perfect in every way. Easy to maintain (for 4 males) close to everything you would want and felt homely. My only recommendation would be heavy duty chairs for the dining table (lol) we borrowed some from family nearby. Matthew was very responsive and a wonderful host. Would definitely be staying here again. Oh, and the kitchen has everything you would need to cook and bake (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) Amazing job Matthew!!! Thanks 🙏

Fun place to stay for the weekend. Great if you’re not going to be using the kitchen too much. Lots to do as it’s nearby a lot of food spots and close to downtown

This place was a great location for getting around and seeing local bites and brews. Matthew was very proactive about making sure we were well informed about our stay as well as checking in to make sure things were going smoothly. Even though I'm not much of a city girl, I'd stay here again.
