Kevin was friendly and always quick to respond. This is a great location - right in a great walkable neighborhood while still offering quiet when you want it. The house was well maintained with quality furnishings that made it a nice place to spend time.

Kevin’s place in Portland was a great overall stay. The location was ideal — close to everything we wanted to do, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local spots. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, making it a really enjoyable place to relax. The only downside was a bit of confusion with another guest staying in the basement, which is a separate rental. There were a few minor hiccups related to that setup, but nothing major. Overall, I’d still recommend Kevin’s place for its convenience, comfort, and great location — just something to keep in mind about the basement rental.

Absolutely amazing location. Coffee right around the corner, shops, restaurants etc. House was super cute and spacious. Slight issues with privacy as there’s no front curtains or blinds on the windows facing a busy street, and there is a basement unit rented out we weren’t aware of, but overall these honestly weren’t problems for us and we felt quite comfortable. Highly recommended if visiting with another couple or small group of friends!
