Beautiful new home. Quiet street and an easy walk to Sandy Blvd for coffee, food and bars. We had a very relaxing time and would definitely rent again. The host was extremely attentive to our questions. The home itself has an interesting layout. We rented the 3 bdrm 2.5 bath version. There were indeed 3 bedrooms - one on the first floor and two on the 3rd floor. However, the bathrooms would be best described as 3 half baths. On the first floor the bathroom has a toilet and sink. There is no bathroom on the 2nd floor. There are two bathrooms on the 3rd floor- one has a shower and a sink - the other has a toilet and a sink. All of this was totally fine for our group of four, but may not work for everyone .

Rental car was broken into. Parking was pretty spotty. Lots of sketchy people passing through but what’s sketchy in Portland?… lots of flys in the air bnb aside from that pretty clean. Responsive host. Few cameras.

I stayed here for 2 weeks while my house was on the market. This was truly a great stay. The place was clean, the beds comfy, and it was fully stocked everything you could need. The host was honestly the best part tbh. She was so kind, so responsive, checked in on us. I didn’t love the area being so close to the highway, but walk a couple blocks toward everyone’s fave fancy grocery store Providore, and it’s lovely. Cannot recommend enough.
