This place is in the perfect spot off Belmont and a quick walk to Hawthorne as well! Two major bus lines that go straight downtown are off of those streets, and it was so easy to get around. The place was comfortable and charming. We would definitely stay here again.

Super cute & cozy & very clean unit with lots of old-building charm. Easily walkable to a bunch of shops and restaurants. There is a great coffee shop downstairs & a bar on the next block. Host is always helpful & responsive. Will definitely stay here next time I am in Portland.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Jeff's apartment. It is well-located to get to many destinations around Portland and parking right in front of the building was quite easy to find throughout our stay. Discovering the Thai restaurant next door, Rukdiew Cafe, was a lovely surprise as their food was quite delicious. Definitely a great place to stay for folks visiting Portland.

Eclectic vintage shops, independent bookstores, and walkable dining along two of Portland's most iconic streets. Mt. Tabor Park, an extinct volcanic cinder cone with panoramic city views, is a short walk east.

Commonly known as “Foodie Row,” the Hawthorne/Buckman District places you within walking distance of a wide variety of top-notch local flavors—no chain restaurants here! Enjoy vegan poutine fries and grilled PB&Js at the Cartopia food cart pod, share a pie at Apizza Scholls (consistently voted Portland’s favorite pizza), or opt for an elegant night out at Castagna—all within a 1.5-mile stretch. But Portland isn’t just for foodies. The vibrant indie spirit of Hawthorne is alive with a multitude of made-in-Oregon shops and boutiques, making it a true hipster haven. Catch a movie at Bagdad Theater and Pub, a revamped 1920s theater turned view-and-brew venue serving local McMenamins food and microbrews. If bar hopping through neighborhoods isn’t your idea of recreation, head up to Mt. Tabor. This 196-acre city park, located atop a dormant volcano vent, offers miles of hiking trails and incredible panoramic views of the city, providing a perfect escape into nature right within the city limits. Whether you're a foodie, a nature enthusiast, or someone who loves exploring unique shops, the Hawthorne/Buckman District has something special for everyone.
