As many reviews have mentioned, this space is basic but exactly what you need for a short stay. I appreciated the amenities and as a single traveler it is well designed with comfortable bed, lighting, feels safe and has a good coffee area. The host is, as many have mentioned, polite and responsive. I believe this may be a unit of many owned by a corporation or absent individuals, because despite Delanie’s responses, not much was done to help with some glitches ( bathroom shower stall was not cleaned and there were no towels in the unit). Despite lots of back and forth, towels were not delivered until my last evening and I finally cleaned the bathroom myself. My $50 cleaning fee was refunded. I appreciate the effort but probably won’t book here again.

What a great place to stay for your visit to Portland! The place was impeccably clean and perfect for your stay. There’s also a small food hall just a few blocks away and plenty of awesome coffee and bagel shops within a short distance walk. Delanie was welcoming and her instructions were spot on. I’ll be staying here again!!!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. Though quaint, it was equipped with all the essentials: dishes, utensils, soaps, and sampoo/conditioner. I really appreciated Delanie's communication as she was quick to respond!
