Kimberly communicated very well and was very easy to work with and accommodating. The location is great! Everything popular is at most 15minutes away and getting on major freeways is a breeze. Any issues I had, Kimberly was wonderful about working through it . Across the street is a convenience store in case you need anything and the neighborhood was great. Lots of things in walking distance. There is also a noise machine which was a nice touch , the kitchen sink is huge! And lots of coffee and tea options provided. There was a smell issue and some things missed with the cleaning crew, but Kimberly was apologetic and quick to respond and fix things.

The place was very cute and in a convenient area for exploring but I was a little caught off guard by the hole in the ceiling, the water heater being a little inconsistent, and the very stained couch. The kitchen was perfect, and the bedroom was very spacious which I adored.

Location was close to downtown and the apartment was very nice. Thank you for being a great host Kimberly!

Cute but many things in need of repair. An old fashioned freestanding tub was adorable but not anchored the floor so it tipped when getting in & out. Other things like a water damaged leg of the vanity, a hole in the ceiling with exposed pipes, edges of the area rug curled up & non-working outlets made the place feel like it is in need of an update. The upstairs neighbor was very loud. We could hear walking & furniture moving at all hours of the day & night.

A charming neighborhood with Antique Row, riverfront parks, and tree-lined residential streets that feel like a small town within the city.
