What an awesome location near great restaurants. The beds were comfy and the apartment was clean and met our needs. The first floor location made it a bit dark with the blinds drawn, but the location was worth it. The host was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay there again!

Matthew went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and was extremely responsive to any questions/concerns we had. He provided additional fans for each bedroom during a weekend that was going to be particularly warm, which we were extremely grateful for. The location was very walkable and right on Hawthorn making it accessible to a few restaurants and coffee shops. Would absolutely stay again!

My stay was unique. We traveled from Texas and I helped my daughter move into her new apartment which was close to the property. Matthew’s place was such a lovely stay during her transition. Very modern, clean, comfortable beds (after a long day) and plenty of restaurants and shops to walk to from the property. Would definitely come back!

Exactly what we needed for our stay in Hawthorne. Location was perfect. The space was ideal and the kitchen well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive. The patio was not usable due to neglect. The apt. could use a couple of rugs to make it cozier.
