Matthew's place met our needs and then some. We loved the cool spaces and comfortable bedrooms and appreciated the great location right on Hawthorne. In case this is important to you, I'll mention that the wifi across the available networks was pretty slow which made TV and computer use a bit difficult.

I’ll try and keep this review fair but the TLDR is this place is not worth what we paid. It was filthy, but walkable to some good places. The couches were dirty, dusty and stained. One of the chairs in the living room, had a huge gross stain. The patio had not been cleaned. There were spiderwebs everywhere you couldn’t even walk out there. Bathroom bathroom was dirty. The floor was gross. It looked like a prison bathroom floor. The owner communicated with us well at first and helped us out with an early check-in and provided a pack and play however, when we notified them about the dirty couch, they offered to come and clean it, but then never showed up to do so. The place is central and walkable to lots of great bars and restaurants, but all in all very disappointed it’s not worth what we paid.

We loved our stay here! The location couldn't be better—it's super cute, easy to find, and surrounded by so many great places to eat. Matthew was very clear with communication, making the whole process effortless. Having luggage racks available was such a helpful touch. Highly recommend!

What an awesome location near great restaurants. The beds were comfy and the apartment was clean and met our needs. The first floor location made it a bit dark with the blinds drawn, but the location was worth it. The host was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay there again!
