Mike’s apartment was the perfect landing pad to explore Portland for a few days. Close to lots of great bars and restaurants and easy access to the rest of the east side. Communication with Mike was clear and easy, and he as able to accommodate an early check-in so I could take a work call. Would definitely recommend!

Clean, quiet, great location. Comfortable for my husband and me for the night. Mike was quick to answer questions, and provided clear and complete instructions.

Lots of little things I appreciate, like entry code instructions that didn’t leave me wondering if I should also press the pound key or whatever. Also thankful for the good lighting all the way to the door for my after-dark arrival. Annex Coffee and the 14 bus at the literal doorstep fit the bill every morning to get me going figuratively and literally.

The place is exactly as described and is in a great location to explore Portland! Mike was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Would recommend this property to other people and certainly stay here again.

This is our 2nd stay at Mike's place. We stayed there when we were in Portland a few years ago. When we decided to come back, we didn't even look at any other options. While not a large space, it is clean and the layout works - including a very comfy bed, useful shelves and counters (bedroom & bathroom), and all kitchen appliances and seating for meals and TV viewing. The best part, tho', is the location - VERY walkable and safe. Many good places to eat (including food truck pods) in walking distance. As a host, Mike has been very quick to respond when we've had quesitons. Highly recommend and would stay there again!
