Wonderful place to stay while visiting Portland! Daniel is a great host who attentive and proactive. Would definitely stay again if I ever find myself in the Hawthorne District. Thank you.

Apartment was in a fantastic location and was priced very well for how close you are to everything - never more than a 5-10 minute drive to all the restaurants and shops on Hawthorne and Division or hopping over to the Pearl District. The apartment is very charming and super cute. The only possible downside was the walls and floors are very thin so you can hear everyone moving around in the building, so we had to be extra aware of our noise level during quiet hours. Neighbors were quiet and we had no problems. Only major downside of the stay was the wifi was out in the apartment for the first 24 hours of our stay. But Daniel was on top of it and very communicative during the entire experience, he was an A+ host.

This was the perfect location. Two blocks from a grocery store which is super convenient. It was off street parking but in our time there, we didn’t have any issues. Daniel was a super productive communicator which was nice to have one less thing to think about. He checked in on us after our first night to make sure we were settling in. He gave us some really good recommendations which we took him up on. We came at the perfect time of year to see all the flowers in bloom. Highly recommend staying here. The neighborhood is super eclectic which is totally our vibe.

Eclectic vintage shops, independent bookstores, and walkable dining along two of Portland's most iconic streets. Mt. Tabor Park, an extinct volcanic cinder cone with panoramic city views, is a short walk east.

Portland, Oregon, United States
Commonly known as “Foodie Row,” the Hawthorne/Buckman District puts you within walking distance of a wide variety of top-notch local flavors, with no chain restaurants in sight! Make new friends over vegan poutine fries and grilled PB&Js at the Cartopia food cart pod, get messy with wings right around the corner at Fire on the Mountain, share a pie at Apizza Scholls (consistently voted Portland’s favorite pizza), or opt for a fancy night out at Castagna—all within a 1.5-mile stretch. Portland isn't just for foodies; the vibrant indie spirit of Hawthorne is alive with plenty of made-in-Oregon shops and boutiques to explore. Catch a movie at the Bagdad Theater and Pub, a revamped 1920s theater turned view-and-brew venue serving local McMenamins food and microbrews. If bar hopping through neighborhoods isn’t your idea of recreation, head up to Mt. Tabor, a 196-acre city park atop a dormant volcano vent, where you’ll find miles of hiking trails and incredible panoramic views of the city.
