We loved Slabtown. It was close to everything we wanted to do in Portland. We loved 21st and 23rd Streets in particular.

Great location and a very nice space! Just what we were looking for!

We appreciated the flexibility of an early check in but there was some mix up with the cleaner that was not quite resolved. The bathroom did have a few questionable stains and the air vents were dusty. There is also only one window unit AC for the entire unit, so the upstairs loft got very warm at night. Other than that, it was a nice stay in Portland.

Loved Hayden's awesome airbnb! I looked at getting hotel as I was only going to be in town for 2 days and am so glad I chose to stay and this wonderful Airbnb! The place is great and the location is perfect!

Hayden's flexibility and communications were excellent. The couple of small issues that I had he leaped on to solve, communicated his progress, and delivered exactly what he said he would. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with spices, oil, new and clean pots and pans, utensils, cooling tools - I especially appreciated the scissors, whisk, selection of spatulas, and especially that there were sharp and decent knives and two cutting boards. I say that the place was a bit smaller than expected because of the Airbnb photo effect, and I don't think it is misleading but an attempt to show what is there. And it is not small, just not as big as the photos would suggest. And again, Hayden's friendliness and accommodating approach were so welcomed and appreciated. I really recommend his properties if you're in PDX.

Hayden was very responsive and addressed several issues we had quickly! Would definitely recommend this spot!

Portland's most walkable urban neighborhood — converted warehouses, art galleries, upscale dining, and Powell's City of Books. First Thursday gallery walks draw crowds monthly.
