We had a great stay. Great location, very proactive and responsive host, and an accurate listing :)

Amazing place to stay in Portland! It’s so close to great restaurants, shopping, and beautiful residential homes to look at. Clean, nicely decorated, and had a comfy bed. I really loved the peaceful and green views from the windows in kitchen and living room.

Another great stay. This place is right around the corner from where I need to be in Portland, and across the street from my favorite GF restaurant!

Amazing location! Perfect for anyone wanting to experience NW Portland. So may great restaurants in walking distance. Very clean. Love the high ceilings and clawfoot bathtub. Highly recommend!

Pros: Great location, good shops, restaurants & cafes, beautiful Washington Park nearby. We were not bothered by noise as others mention, bedroom was dark, bed was comfortable & linens were clean and soft. Kitchen was very clean & adequately equipped plus microwave/toaster. Windows open for fresh air & a box fan available. Connor was very responsive via messaging in ap. Cons: Entrance is in rear with steep wooden staircase uneven stairs, area is unkempt and adjacent to dark recessed unlit hidden-from-street space between buildings. Apt. is as-shown in pics except needs an overall deep cleaning. Smell of dog on couch, dirt stains. Rugs need cleaning, bathroom 50/50. Toilet & sink good, floors & tub & walls need more attention. 2" gap under front door. No emergency exit, only the one door/staircase. No lamps for reading/being cozy in evening. Check-out 10am! Check-in 4pm. I'm sure this is a great place for lots of folks but we've learned "pet friendly" is not for us.

Welcome to Northwest Portland—one of the city’s most iconic and beloved neighborhoods. Nestled in the heart of the historic Alphabet District, this walkable enclave blends old Portland charm with a vibrant, modern lifestyle. Tree-lined streets and beautifully preserved homes give the area a timeless feel, while just around the corner, NW 23rd Avenue (affectionately known as “Trendy Third”) buzzes with life. This popular stretch is packed with locally owned boutiques, chef-driven restaurants, cozy cafés, cocktail bars, and dessert spots like Salt & Straw and Papa Haydn. Whether you’re up for a leisurely brunch, window shopping, or an evening of wine and small plates, it’s all right outside your door. Outdoor lovers will appreciate being minutes from Washington Park—home to the world-renowned Japanese Garden, International Rose Test Garden, and Oregon Zoo. Just beyond that lies Forest Park, one of the largest urban forests in the U.S., offering over 80 miles of hiking and biking trails through lush Pacific Northwest wilderness. Cultural highlights are also close at hand. Spend an afternoon browsing the Portland Art Museum, catch an indie film at historic Cinema 21, or explore nearby galleries and pop-up events. The neighborhood frequently hosts farmers’ markets, art walks, and street fairs that make you feel like part of the local rhythm. With its unbeatable mix of walkability, dining, nature, and culture, this location offers an authentic Portland experience that keeps guests coming back.
