Delanie’s space was great, solid location to walk around and get coffee and food. Short Uber rides to the Pearl and other areas. Clean and accessible. Would rent again.

Our family loved our stay at Delanie's townhome. The space was SO clean, bright and new feeling, beds were excellent. We didn't cook much but kitchen and coffee maker were perfect for breakfasts. We went all over Portland on our trip, but some gems within walking distance were: 4-5 great coffee shops (we loved Extracto), an eclectic cookbook/kitchen store (Vivienne), and shopping for kids & everyone else (Grasshopper & Tumbleweed--so great). We would stay here agin the next time we visit and I've already recommended it to friends. Thank you!

Delanie's place was super beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed! Delanie was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house is in a great location — it's on a quiet neighborhood street, but walkable to lots of great restaurants, and with plenty of easy street parking. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole place was spotless! The bright, open living space was great for hanging out with family. I appreciated the no-fuss check-out instructions. I would definitely stay here again!

A vibrant corridor of murals, independent shops, craft cocktail bars, and some of Portland's best brunch spots. Last Thursday art walks (May–September) transform the street into an open-air gallery.

On Last Thursdays of the month, the whole neighborhood turns into a lively open-air art walk with music, food, and local vendors. Alberta Park is just a few blocks away for green space and a relaxing stroll. Here, you're just 15 minutes from downtown and the airport—close to everything yet tucked into one of Portland's most beloved residential pockets.
