A vibrant corridor of murals, independent shops, craft cocktail bars, and some of Portland's best brunch spots. Last Thursday art walks (May–September) transform the street into an open-air gallery.

Location, location, location! Enjoy access to the airport and a short jaunt to Alberta & Mississippi! The Alberta neighborhood boasts many hot spots whether that be shops, restaurants, coffee shops or parks! The selection for foodies on Alberta is second to none, my stomach can attest to that. The PNW is full of outdoor activities, so don't be afraid to venture out if wanted! Our cozy neighborhood makes a great base for exploring North Portland. Food carts and public transportation are nearby if you want to cruise into downtown Portland. Would rather take an Uber? Allow for traffic when planning your trip. Portland favorites to explore: • Kennedy School McMenamins (separate soaking-pool reservation required) • Salt & Straw ice cream • Alberta Park • Pine State Biscuits • Waffle Window on SE Hawthorne • Great neighborhood bars • Great local shopping

Aaron’s place was great! Super responsive and helpful :) would absolutely stay again!

Aaron was beyond responsive from the moment we booked, through our stay, and even went above and beyond to get our little one a pack and play as part of the booking. The location was perfect for us, as we were able to walk around the arts district to everything we wanted to do and see (and we felt safe the whole time). There’s a grocery store just a few blocks away, which was great. The space is also spacious, clean, modern, and served as a terrific home base for us. There’s central AC, which sometimes struggles to cool the side rooms, but that wasn’t a big deal. I’d highly recommend staying here!

The apartment worked well for a weekend trip for three adults. Street parking was easy and lots of good restaurants within a 15 walk.
