Fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. The place was clean, very easy entry/checkout, and downstairs was a comfortable layout for our sisters to hang out. Host went above/beyond to provide extra fans and floor-stand ACs to help in 3 bedrooms because we visited in a heat wave. So appreciated! The old-fashioned home is charming and quintessentially Portland, but the house’s age means that the 4th bedroom is compromised (no outlets, unable to open the only window, low ceiling). The host did his best to help, but due to lack of ventilation, we couldn’t use that room. We made it work by sharing the other 3 (lovely, very comfortable!) bedrooms, but it wasn’t what we expected. I do appreciate his attempt to help.

We enjoyed our Stay in Portland.

The location is convenient to bus and metro lines. Communication with the host was excellent. No problems getting in. This modest house met expectations and worked well for our group, but we didn't spend much time there (we were attending a conference downtown).
David
Very cute place perfectly located for all the things our family wanted to do during our trip. Host was SUPER responsive and friendly

I was concerned that an older house would be difficult to cool during summer in Portland, but the AC units worked great and kept our space comfortable. Outlets were at a premium, so it is helpful to bring a travel power strip. Check out was a breeze which was appreciated!

This place was a great home base for our group! It was clean and comfortable. We had a really early flight out of Portland and the easy, clear, minimal check out procedures made this stay particularly memorable. Thank you!
