Our cozy North Portland location is also a base for visiting the University of Oregon Portland campus in the Concordia neighborhood. Within walking distance, you'll find local food carts and several public transportation lines, making it easy to take a trip into downtown Portland. Prefer to take an Uber? It's another way to reach the heart of the city. Around Portland, you can explore some of Portland's famous spots. Visit Kennedy School McMenamins, where you can enjoy the soaking pool for a relaxing experience; reservations and an admission fee apply. Treat yourself to ice cream at Salt & Straw or take a peaceful stroll through Alberta Park. For breakfast, Pine State Biscuits offers hearty meals, and Waffle Window on Southeast Hawthorne serves up sweet treats. Great place to stay. Convenient location. It was spacious and perfect for a family to stay. Host is very responsive if you have any issues. Will definitely stay again when we are back in Portland!

Aaron's Airbnb was located in a nice neighborhood, the layout was effective, and his communication was prompt. However, the cleanliness of the Airbnb did not meet our expectations - with stains in the carpet, dust on surfaces, and furniture that did not match the "luxury" listing.

The home was clean, and the host was courteous and responsive throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the only air conditioning unit, located in the main living area, was not working on our arrival stay while temperatures were over 100°F. There was no air conditioning in the bedrooms, so they became extremely hot and no one was able to sleep comfortably. The host acknowledged the issue and provided a 25% refund, which we appreciated. However, given the extreme heat and the fact that we lost a night's sleep during our vacation, we did not feel the compensation fully reflected the impact on our stay. Overall, this could have been a great stay, but I would encourage future guests visiting during the summer to confirm that the air conditioning is fully operational and cools the entire house.

Aaron’s place was great for our friend reunion in Portland. He helped us with early check in and we enjoyed the neighborhood and nearby restaurants.

The apartment was clean, the hosts were kind and very easy to deal with, and the location is great. This is a nie place to stay if you are travelling with your family and need some room to spread out. The only complaint that we have is that the bathtub in the second bathroom wasn't draining. So everyone had to share one shower. It also seemed like some of the towels were not cleaned properly, so we had to wash them when we arrived.
