Location is excellent. Beds were super comfortable. Communication was great. A/C was extra cold. There were a few maintenance items that seem to be falling behind - vanity cabinet is peeling, master bed overhead light needs repair, stair banister was a little wobbly, dining chairs are assembled backwards so very uncomfortable. Also could use some more access to plugs at bedside tables (extension cord?). Overall great stay, just a few things that could be cleaned up.

A very lovely older home that is being well cares for. The 3 bedrooms were important for us. We did soooooo many things within 10 ish blocks of the house it was wonderful. Very comfortable and functional living room and comfortable beds. The one bathroom served us well and functioned perfectly. Appreciated the plethora of towels placed in all the rooms so each of us were covered for the week stay. This AirBnB was a very good value and was the Hub for our extended Portland and Seattle family to gather together for meals, movies and more. Loved the neighborhood location. Highly recommend the place and the Host James.

We enjoyed our stay at James's place. The location is great, with many restaurants and activities within walking distance. The house is well decorated and had plenty of amenities provided. When anything came up James was very responsive and helpful! We would stay here again.
