Great location, very walkable. Tons of local restaurants, shops and bars. The house was very spacious and the kitchen was clean/met our needs. The interior of the home is wanting. The A/C units in 3 of the 4 rooms were not working at all. The owner did respond but no one came to fix it. Also, you will hear the nightlife outside.

There were 5 of us in our group and there was plenty of room for all of us. Austin had lots of kitchen items available so we walked to Fred Meyer (about 1/2 mile) and grabbed groceries to make breakfast every morning. He also had plenty of coffee for us 4 coffee drinkers. We had a minor issue and he was quick to respond. There were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.

The location was great and it was nice to have a place that had room for our large group. However the floors were very dirty with noticeable dust bunnies and hair balls around. We tried vacuuming and found the vacuum onsite was completely clogged with dirt and not working. The host was kind and communicative, and had his cleaning service drop off another vacuum. After we vacuumed we mopped and the water was completely black for two entire buckets. If you wear shoes inside the house then not a deal-breaker but we had infants who were on the floor often so it wasn’t ideal for us.

We had a great time in Oregon. Austin was very helpful in giving us recommendations of places to visit. We felt right at home during our stay, Austin was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.
