Sharing honestly to help other guests. The location is great and the house is spacious, and the bedrooms were clean. However, the common areas were a concern on arrival: the living room wasn't clean, trash was left outside by the bin, the carpet and couch were quite worn, the living room floor was chipped in places, and the dining table had a stain. Traveling with kids, a clean space to relax in after a long day matters a lot to us, so we decided not to stay and checked out immediately, letting Kevin know why. We were still charged for one night; Airbnb refunded it, though it took some effort. I'd encourage the host to post current, accurate photos so guests can set expectations before booking.

Beautiful home, very clean and spacious. Furniture was very homely and beautifully decorated. All beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were nice and had skylight in them with really good shower. Kitchen was well stocked with all amenities to cook meals. Really good area, walking distance to many cafes and restaurants and no street noise at all at night. This home is such a great deal for the price! Kevin was very good at communicating all the details about the house and keeping in touch about every small thing. Great stay overall!

We had a great stay here! Nice, clean place, well-stocked and one of the most comfortable beds I've experinced in an Airbnb. Convenient check in and out, and Kevin was super responsive. And quiet area walking distance to some good spots!

Kevin is truly a top-notch host. I would definitely stay at one of his properties again. I could go on and on, but here are highlights beyond the star questions: - Fantastic info about the neighborhood, etc. and things to do in the time leading up to arrival - Supportive when we had a wi-fi problem (I'm sure he'll update instructions info for the next guest) - Great restaurant and hike recs - Super spacious house, lovely setup/linens/bed, etc. It was crazy hot when we were there so A/C had to work hard to cool the upstairs. Fans helped. A bummer but didn't outweigh all the great things There were a couple of things that I'm sure will be smoothed out besides the wi-fi issue. The steps up to the house (15?) are in 2 tiers and the bottom tier handrail was dangerously loose. Instructions said not to block the garage but there's no way to be in the driveway w/o blocking and a row of garbage cans were in front of it. A little confusing but not a big deal. So grateful for a wonderful stay!
