Great location, clean, lots of space. Missing check in instruction so we had to wait a little bit Kevin was responsive and got back to us relatively quickly.

We had a great stay here! Nice, clean place, well-stocked and one of the most comfortable beds I've experinced in an Airbnb. Convenient check in and out, and Kevin was super responsive. And quiet area walking distance to some good spots!

Kevin is truly a top-notch host. I would definitely stay at one of his properties again. I could go on and on, but here are highlights beyond the star questions: - Fantastic info about the neighborhood, etc. and things to do in the time leading up to arrival - Supportive when we had a wi-fi problem (I'm sure he'll update instructions info for the next guest) - Great restaurant and hike recs - Super spacious house, lovely setup/linens/bed, etc. It was crazy hot when we were there so A/C had to work hard to cool the upstairs. Fans helped. A bummer but didn't outweigh all the great things There were a couple of things that I'm sure will be smoothed out besides the wi-fi issue. The steps up to the house (15?) are in 2 tiers and the bottom tier handrail was dangerously loose. Instructions said not to block the garage but there's no way to be in the driveway w/o blocking and a row of garbage cans were in front of it. A little confusing but not a big deal. So grateful for a wonderful stay!

Kevin was very responsive when we reached out with questions. Appreciate the flexibility. We had plenty of room to spread out in the house, and it met our needs for the one night before flying out!

Great place!! Highly recommend!! The house was gorgeous, clean (super important to me!), and huge! We were just passing through Portland and after arriving to the house, wish we could have stayed longer!! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, even giving great local suggestions. We walked to a local pizza place and the area was cute and felt very safe. We are grateful we happened upon this place!
