Kimberly was very responsive and gave us all the information we needed about the house guidelines and check-in. She also wished us a safe arrival, which was a nice touch! The house was great for my family and my little Chihuahua. The big backyard was especially nice for my dog! Everything was clean and neat, and the location was great. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

The unit spacious and apparently newly renovated. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room in the unit. The location is good. The backyard is really not usable and the house across the street would be nice if they cut their lawn. Not great curb appeal but nice inside. The problem we had with the place is that it appears the owners are not interested in fixing problems with the unit. The very same issues we found have all been reported in previous reviews. The living room rug and furniture are stained and smell of pet. The bedroom bathroom door falling off hinge (a repairman came and fixed during our stay), the refrigerator light out, the washer and dryer both out of order, the TV flickering and obviously at end of life. New: two electrical outlets had missing or had broken covers with exposed wiring. The one hair dryer was covered with paint and paint fingerprints. Kimberly is very responsive but it seems whoever owns this unit has no interest in maintaining it.

This place was a great location! Very close to relatives and made it super convenient for us to walk to their house. The place is mostly clean. Lots of stains on the carpet and chair. The TV is not usable bc it flickers. The beds are comfy and clean. The electrical is weird so finding what switch went to what was an adventure. The dryer had what looked like dry wall plaster all over it so that was unusable. The Trash was spilled out all over the driveway but Kimberly sent someone to bag it all up the next morning. All in all I think this place needs some upgrades. The price is astronomical for what you get.

This location was great for our needs. It was away from the chaos of the city but close enough to easily get to all the major areas. Very impressed with the host. Helpful & Very quick to respond.
