Jacob's house in Portland's Overlook neighborhood is on a quiet residential street, but close to plenty of amenities (coffee shops, restaurants, convenience stores, etc.). The home is not big, but it was very clean and had everything we needed for our short visit to Portland. The kitchen was well stocked, and the living space was cozy. Check-in and check-out were very simple and straightforward. Overall, it was perfect for our family of four. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a great get away to Jacob’s place. So nice to have an enclosed backyard for our pup to play in and get let out easily. Was great to have AC during the hot Portland heat. Will definitely be re-booking when back in Portland!

The house was in a convenient location for our visit with family in the area and met our needs. The host was responsive to our questions. Checking in and out was easy.

Good stay, it was very close to the light rail to very easily go downtown. We also tried some fun restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood, Prince Coffee, The Old Gold, Sit Tite, Sad Valley and Broder Nord were highlights. We enjoyed walking our dog in the neighborhood. The couch was comfortable.
