Everything was exactly as described, clear and quick communication and a good find for the price!

Pictures do not describe this place accurately. There were ants in my bed! A drain in the living room that smelled like sewer and had stuff coming out of it. Windows didn’t close and lock properly. Someone was let into my place after being told not to. They let someone come into my place. I almost had to call the police! Worst Airbnb experience I have ever had in the 10+ years I have been using it!

This was a really great place to stay. It’s nicely renovated and clean and secure and comfortable. It’s as advertised as long as you realize it’s a basement apartment. The floor and the folks above us made quite a bit of noise on two nights. We saw some ants in the kitchen though we didn’t bring any food into the apartment. The beds are quite comfortable if you’re okay with a firm mattress. It was very reasonably priced (we stayed during the week in February). Overall we had a great stay.

Pretty good overall. A little difficult for parking but we made it work. I appreciate how responsive he was. It was a quiet neighborhood. We were happy for the rest.

It was difficult to find, especially since the address was not visible on the house. It was down a driveway and the entrance in the back, and the entrance area was not lit up at all or obvious that we were in the right place. Parking was difficult and sparse as well. We try to support air bnb and local folks, but paying nearly $400 for one night was also unreasonable. This was very last-minute, so we didn’t have a chance to look at many other places. The bed/mattress was absolutely terrible and was the most firm (read:hard) mattress I have ever slept on. Heating/AC was also uncooperative and we never found the right temperature.
