Upscale NW Portland Lofts - Modern, Walkable

Unfortunately, I did not complete my stay at this Airbnb. Not only was it much smaller than I expected to find upon arrival, the main issue was the large amount of hairs found in the towels. Hayden blamed his cleaning service and made an attempt to deliver new towels, but the damage was done. Once you pick up a clump of a stranger’s hair it’s pretty much over. The price was more than local hotels in the area (during Labor Day Weekend) for tiny square footage and lacking basic amenities. I was too anxious to take a shower due to the unclean conditions and cancelled my stay. I cannot recommend a place less. This experience made me want to never use Airbnb again. Although this might seem like a “small” detail, it throws into question the thoroughness of Hayden’s entire cleaning service when the place was already overpriced and below average in terms of size for price.

Second time staying at this location, and will look to book again in the future. Perfect spot for friends coming together in Portland for a night. Exactly as advertised, and Hayden was communicative and responsive. No complaints!

Hayden was extremely accommodating and communicative. We enjoyed the loft area and full size kitchen the most. Would definitely return in the future!

This was a perfect spot for me. The whole place was spotlessly clean. I walked to many restaurants and a cute bookstore/coffee shop down the street. I would stay here again the next time I visit!
