We enjoyed our stay at Aaron’s place! Great walkable neighborhood with plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, convenient grocery stores and great shopping.

We had an easy trip thanks to Aaron being the most thoughtful and supportive host. The place was ready with all the amenities while we were able to check in early. The location is also close to many interesting restaurants and eatery, some close enough to walk to. The parking is indeed plenty and easy to find. We really enjoyed our time in Portland and are pleased that we stayed at Aaron's place.

We booked this place last minute and had no issues checking in. The location was surround by restaurants and stores, which were at a walking distance. It was a very close drive to all the areas we were visiting and the airport as well. The unit was very clean and had all we needed.

You're right off NE 28th Avenue - one of Portland's best restaurant rows - with Laurelhurst Park and its tree-lined residential streets just a few blocks south. It's a neighborhood where you can walk to a James Beard-worthy dinner, grab world-class tortas, and still be home in five minutes. Laurelhurst Market is the anchor - a steakhouse and in-house butcher shop that's been a longtime Portland favorite since 2009. Go for dinner (the butcher-cut steaks are outstanding) or stop by the counter during the day for house-cured sandwiches and charcuterie. Güero is our favorite torta spot in the city - the carnitas torta and their hamburguesa were recently featured in Portland Monthly as one of the city's best burgers. Montelupo is a proper Italian market and restaurant with housemade pasta, an espresso bar, and a market stocked with imported provisions. For a casual night, Big's Chicken does Alabama-style fried chicken from the same team behind Laurelhurst Market - the smoked whole bird and mac & cheese are legit. Crema Coffee + Bakery is a short walk for morning coffee and some of the best house-baked pastries in Portland. A few of our favorites nearby: 🥩 Laurelhurst Market - popular steakhouse with in-house butcher shop 🌮 Güero - Portland's best tortas and a killer hamburguesa 🍝 Montelupo - housemade Italian pasta, market, and espresso bar 🍗 Big's Chicken - Alabama-style fried chicken and smoked whole birds ☕ Crema Coffee + Bakery - locally roasted coffee and house-baked pastries 🌳 Laurelhurst Park - one of Portland's most beautiful parks, a few blocks south Laurelhurst Park is a quick walk - 27 acres with walking paths, a spring-fed pond, and big old-growth trees. The neighborhood is well connected by bus, bikeable, and central to SE Portland's best districts. Hawthorne, Belmont, and Division are all a short ride away.
