Genuinely had such an amazing stay. The host was great and kind and helpful and responsive. I’ve never rented an airbnb on my own before, and he made the process incredibly smooth and enjoyable. And the location was perfect with so much to do right there! And to top it all off the tiny home was perfect inside itself. It’s so cute and had everything I needed :)

tiny home in the backyard of a larger home! super walkable to entire hawthorne area. clean, kind host, and the loft was a great place to rest at night!

While it was mentioned there was not a designated parking spot, that street parking was available, keep in mind the street the house is on does not allow street parking. I ended up nearly 4 blocks away parked in front of some random house. I had to walk to the tiny home carrying all our bags. Felt very exposed and uncomfortable as well as that feeling in the back of your head wondering if your car is okay. Coffee was nice, toilet worked, ironed a shirt when I couldnt figure out the washer dryer set up. Didn't use anything else but it was all nice and clean. I knew the bed was up in a loft but man am I glad I didn't have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, im not sure I could have navigated it. I also didn't realize it was crawl space once up there, but it didn't effect the opinion just for others knowledge. Aj was responsive and a nice host. I loved how close i was the the venue and walking distance to lots of yummy food. I would stay again if there was designated parking
