Tiny Refuge - Quiet & Cozy

tiny home in the backyard of a larger home! super walkable to entire hawthorne area. clean, kind host, and the loft was a great place to rest at night!

While it was mentioned there was not a designated parking spot, that street parking was available, keep in mind the street the house is on does not allow street parking. I ended up nearly 4 blocks away parked in front of some random house. I had to walk to the tiny home carrying all our bags. Felt very exposed and uncomfortable as well as that feeling in the back of your head wondering if your car is okay. Coffee was nice, toilet worked, ironed a shirt when I couldnt figure out the washer dryer set up. Didn't use anything else but it was all nice and clean. I knew the bed was up in a loft but man am I glad I didn't have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, im not sure I could have navigated it. I also didn't realize it was crawl space once up there, but it didn't effect the opinion just for others knowledge. Aj was responsive and a nice host. I loved how close i was the the venue and walking distance to lots of yummy food. I would stay again if there was designated parking

This tiny home was super clean and comforting. We felt cozy and at home. We were able to walk to many different neighborhoods, restaurants, parks and coffee shops. AJ was super responsive and quickly got back to us. Would stay again!

Cool back yard tiny home. Had some trouble with the hot water, but otherwise the place was clean, efficient, quiet, and cozy. Bed was super comfy. Be prepared for the ladder to get into the loft.

Great place to land for a night! This Airbnb was the cleanest space I've ever stayed in and was such a walkable location. Would definitely book again!
