Our charming home is nestled in the idyllic Division/Clinton district, also known as the Hosford-Abernethy neighborhood on local maps. Just four blocks away lies the historic Ladd's Addition, known for its beautiful rose gardens and unique diagonal street layout. While our home is situated on a bustling street, walking one block north will bring you to a serene residential area. You'll be steps away from some of Portland's finest restaurants, eclectic shopping, and convenient grocery stores, all within easy walking distance. Enjoy the vibrant local culture with nearby cafes, boutiques, and farmers' markets. The area is also well-served by public transit, making it easy to explore other parts of the city. Whether you're looking for a quiet stroll through tree-lined streets or an evening out at a trendy eatery, our neighborhood offers the perfect blend of urban excitement and residential tranquility.

Although it was a short stay, we had a great time here! We really appreciated Dalouny letting us check in early. The space was very cozy and clean, with everything we needed for the night, other than a microwave. However, we were able to easily reheat our food on the stove. It can get a bit tight with two people and suitcases, but that was expected with a tiny home, so it wasn’t a problem for us. There was also some city noise, which we’re used to, but the shared backyard was quiet and peaceful during our stay.

Cozy, but didn't feel safe with nobody monitoring property. Asks additional payment after booking. Cozy tiny home in a central location. Easy to check in and out via the portal, and use the digital key to lock/unlock the door. Has a washer-dryer! For checking in they will route you through a portal that will ask for additional payment. This is not disclosed up front and you get two options: a 'non-refundable' 69$ payment or a 500$ 'hold' on your credit card. The first one is 'recommended' but they can't explain why and what happens to this money. Also, there is no-one monitoring this site (this is also mentioned on the booking page) and these tiny houses are in a court yard for which you don't need a key to enter. Basically anyone can walk up to your tiny house and this happened to me in the middle of the night when someone was trying to unlock my locked door. Probably another traveler who was late to check in and couldn't tell which house was his (you may want to put numbers or names on the houses because door colours are not as easy for people arriving after dark). With this property being next to a busy street and given how easy it was to access the courtyard I would give this a low 'safety rating'. I reported this through Booking chat as it happened and they were quick to reply, but it left me feeling uneasy.

LOVED this spot! So beautiful, private & walkable, just what we wanted and needed. Check out Peoples Food Co-op just down the street! 😍

Great tiny home for our one night stay. We arrive late around 9 PM and found easy parking in front. We have a 15 y.o. dog so there was a great park across the street for her to stretch her legs. Great for our needs and would recommend!
