Our charming home is nestled in the idyllic Division/Clinton district, also known as the Hosford-Abernethy neighborhood on local maps. Just four blocks away lies the historic Ladd's Addition, known for its beautiful rose gardens and unique diagonal street layout. While our home is situated on a bustling street, walking one block north will bring you to a serene residential area. You'll be near some of Portland's finest restaurants, eclectic shopping, and convenient grocery stores. Enjoy the vibrant local culture with nearby cafes, boutiques, and farmers' markets. The area is also well-served by public transit, making it easy to explore other parts of the city. Whether you're looking for a quiet stroll through tree-lined streets or an evening out at a trendy eatery, our neighborhood offers the perfect blend of urban excitement and residential tranquility.

Nice property but neighborhood a little sketchy. Cute tiny house with essential amenities provided. The neighborhood was a little sketchy. A car in front of the property had been broken into with shattered glass everywhere. Was worried my car would suffer the same fate overnight so asked a woman staying in the main house to alert me if the alarm went off and she agreed to do so. Not conducive to an stress-free night’s sleep.

Don't let the small space full you. This spot had everything I needed. Dalouny is super responsive, like under 2 minutes, and helpful in recommending local spots for food. Place is private, quiet, and close to all the cool restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops. Clean and neatly organized. I would definitely hit it up again. On my first night, she recommended Nuestra Cocina and I would recommend that you give it a shot. Thank you for hosting. Really enjoyed my stay.

Cute in photos, but unfortunately the experience was very different. The tiny house is off a busy road with poor lighting at night. The hardware and fixtures inside felt cheap; including a sliding bathroom door that regularly got stuck. The retro mini fridge is cute but completely ineffective..it froze food and ruined all the groceries I had bought. Even more frustrating, previous guests had specifically mentioned this same issue in their reviews, yet it still hasn’t been addressed. The most serious issue was my car being broken into while parked directly in front of the property. I understand the host can’t control criminal activity, but their response after I reported it was disappointing. There was little practical help or concern, and I was essentially left to deal with the situation myself. Overall, the property seems to prioritize a cute aesthetic over functionality and guest security. Vibes are immaculate but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Dalouny responded quickly to any questions or concerns. The inside of the tiny home was clean and comfy. The fridge is a bit risky for safe food storage, but Dalouny was responsive to my needs and solutions. The shower had great pressure, and the provided coffee was definitely a welcoming treat. Thanks for being a part of my stay in Portland.
