We stayed at David's place for 5 nights for a family wedding. The space fit five of us perfectly. The location was very convenient to coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. David was extremely responsive which was instrumental since this was our first time to Portland.

Great, convenient location in the Mississippi neighborhood, right on the main drag. David was a responsive and helpful host throughout our stay. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well maintained. It is located on the basement level, so it doesn’t get a lot of natural light, though that really isn’t an issue unless you plan to spend most of your time indoors. The only suggestion I would make is adding a dehumidifier. Because the apartment is below ground with limited windows, the space becomes quite humid if more than one person showers within a short period of time, and there’s no easy way to ventilate it.
