Great location and as described! Very walkable to a local bakery and breakfast place. Floors and couch were dirty when I arrived but Kimberly did arrange a vacuum to be dropped off.

Stayed for five nights. I was a lbit concerned after reading other reviews about noise. The only noise I heard were people walking up above. Not bothersome to me. Did not do any cooking. Perfect location for what we needed.Served our purpose.

Kimberly was a great host - responsive and kind! The Airbnb was in an amazing location off Hawthorne with coffee and bars within walking distance. However, the Airbnb is on the bottom floor of a townhome and the upstairs occupant was loud throughout the entire day from playing loud music, building furniture (?), and loud walking. It felt like more noise than I anticipated from the description. I brought my dog who needed to constantly be calmed down from the footsteps and random noises.
