This is an exceptional place in an incredible location! The place is clean and uncluttered and has everything you need. The decor is fun, David’s instructions are clear and concise, and you cannot beat this location. Hope to stay here again.

A truly perfect location in a fantastic walkable neighborhood with so much to do. Exceedingly convenient off-street parking, comfortable bed, and great water pressure. David is the ideal host —informative, responsive, and thoughtful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing location. I LOVE the Mississippi area and this location can not be topped! The only bummer was that the designated parking spot was occupied during most of our stay. Based on the owners response, it seems there is nothing to be done about someone using the designated spot so I had to drive around to find parking on the street - not an easy task on a Saturday evening!

David is really nice, but we did have a little bit of a frustrating experience, although it’s not David’s fault, the designated parking spot that we were supposed to have was taken the whole entire stay which was pretty frustrating when it came to bringing our stuff up & down, especially when we booked partially based on being able to have a parking spot, the Airbnb was a little warm at times, but other than that, it was located in a great area.

Home was clean and cozy! David was a super helpful host and was very clear about finding the home, parking and how to get in. We really appreciated his flexibility and allowing us to check in early.

David’s place was super convenient and in a great location! Easy walk to nearby restaurants and coffee shops. Really great lively location and comfortable apartment. Perfect Airbnb and great host!
