Location, location, location. Right in the middle of everything. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions on getting there and into the home. The bed was comfortable.

Nice location, easy instructions. Check in is at 4pm and I arrived at 5pm to an apartment still dirty from the previous guest. Cleaning crew arrived around 6pm and apologized. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that it was a one off, but would have been nice to be compensated somehow (other than approval to check out an hour later which I did not get to use anyway because of my schedule)
