James is a very good host and our communication was excellent. This is a very nice Airbnb in a very thriving neighborhood which we are a little familiar with, and that is why we opted to stay there. Our expectations were definitely met or even exceeded. This is a wonderful two story house with ample space. The two upstairs bedrooms and two bathrooms (one on the main level, one upstairs) were nice and just as advertised. There is also a good sized kitchen, a very nice, decent sized living room, a small but very adequate dining room, and a fully functional laundry room on the main floor. This is absolutely a wonderful place to stay, and we definitely hope to stay there again in the near future.

Perfect house and location for a stay in Portland. Bars, restaurants, wine store and coffee shop all one block away. Loved the neighborhood!

Loved the big front porch for lounging, bathrooms were clean and easy to use. The house was easy to find, had plenty of restaurants around the neighborhood in walking distance. James was always helpful and prompt with any questions or concerns.
