It was a very nice place, exactly as described, and communication with owner was extremely responsive!

Great place for the price. Kimberly was always quick to respond. Neighborhood was quiet and great coffee at the cafe across the street. Only quirk was the 2 hour parking limit but I made it work. The good thing is that there was always parking available.

Quiet and safe neighborhood and had cafe across the street. Easy 15 min walk to South Waterfront and public transportation. We had a couple of days of high temps and the ac unit kept us comfortable. Host did her best to be responsive but seems to be a property management situation so not totally familiar with the property. Host was responsive and had supplies delivered quickly. Overall a decent place to stay.
