Studio near OHSU | AC - Fast Wi‑Fi - Smart TV

The studio apt is located on a lightly traveled street and has an awesome little cafe across the street. Free live music on Friday nights! In the six days I was there, I never saw anyone in the building (I was out and about quite a bit though). Very quiet. There’s a washer/dryer in a closet in the hallway - bring your detergent if you need to do laundry. The studio is perfectly located and you can easily access freeways and other major streets to get around. The studio was very clean, appliances work well and hot water was 👍. Kimberly was an awesome host with good energy and quick response time. 10/10

I had a wonderful stay here and would definitely book again. The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It felt welcoming right away, and everything was thoughtfully set up to make the stay easy and relaxing. The location was also really convenient and made getting around simple. The host was responsive and helpful, and check-in/check-out was seamless. The only downside for me was the 2-hour street parking, which could be a little inconvenient depending on your plans, but everything else about the stay was excellent. Overall I really enjoyed my time here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great place overall! Everything was as described (the washer dryer is in the hallway, not in-unit but it’s easy to access so it wasn’t a problem). I liked the little patio attached to the unit as well. Bathroom was clean and I appreciated the detachable showerhead and good water pressure. It’s very close to the aerial tram if you want to see the city from a bird’s eye view!

We booked Kimberly’s place for my mother in law when she came in town to visit. Kimberly was a very proactive and communicative host, and provided clear instructions on check in and house rules. Amenities listed were all present, and the unit was very cozy and put together thoughtfully. My MIL said she slept great and the bed was super comfortable. Location was walkable to our house which was a huge plus!
