Nice quiet neighborhood. Entry instructions were very clear. Bed was a bit too soft for my liking but that is just preference.

Apartment is in a great location of Portland near amenities, major Hospital and the river trail. There is even a nice eatery across the street in a peaceful neighborhood. The cleanliness was way less than desirable. Normally we just leave a private note and will also do that as well but we noticed that a prior tenant had the same concerns regarding the cleanliness just a few weeks prior to our check-in. It was apparent that little to nothing was addressed since then. The windows were filthy. In fact the slider looked like a dog had slobbered on it. we did advise the host of the slider and she offered to clean it but we were already settled in for the evening and did not want to be disturbed. there was considerable dust on the baseboards and bed frame and hair on the floor and dirt caked in least two of the window sills. The host was very responsive and did a great job communicating
