Very nice place and this is the 2nd time I have stayed at one of Kimberly's rentals. She is easy to work with, communicates clearly and responds quickly This rental is on a busy street as the description does mention. I had no trouble with the location and, in fact, there are several very nice restaurants across the street or 2 doors down. The neighborhoods around the rental are safe and great for walking and also have easy access to one of Portland's many biking greenways which gives you easy access to bike trails along the Willamette and a bridge over the river reserved for pedestrians, bikers and transit only. I will continue to stay in Kimberly's rentals as long as she will have me :)

Kimberly was super responsive, the stay went great. The only nit was the spotty wifi, so plan accordingly if you need it.

We really enjoyed staying with Kimberley. She accommodated a short notice request and early access. Because she uses automated locks, we hit a snag getting in. Kimberley responded within minutes and continued to communicate with us until we had what we needed. We made the mistake of locking ourselves out and she was quick to help again. Beyond being helpful, the place was just as expected; very roomy and cute. We loved to space and felt right at home. The neighborhood was walkable and tons of great places to check out. Would definitely stay again.
