This place was exactly what I needed during my visit to the OHSU waterfront campus. I was able to get to any building on the waterfront in 10-15 min walk time. The apartment was easy to access, clean, and had all the amenities listed. The neighborhood felt safe and residential and is very low traffic. I also had quick access to the gorgeous walking trail along the river via the waterfront. Kimberly is a very responsive host. There is a cute coffee and lunch place across the street, which is convenient. My only qualm with this place is that there are no nearby grocery stores or convenience stores accessible by walking. This place is perfect for those visiting OHSU or visitors renting a car, but I would hesitate to recommend to tourists hoping to walk around and explore downtown Portland with minimal travel time.

Great overall experience! I would absolutely stay there again. Great location. Adorable apartment. All items needed. The air conditioner did very well! No WiFi. 😞 There is plug in internet, so it would be easy for the owner to buy a router and plug it in for WiFi. Adorable deck with lots of privacy. A couple of the deck boards need to be replaced.
