kimberly is the most responsive host ever!! always ready with a kind and quick reply - greatly appreciated. the little apt. is very convenient to OHSU, the waterfront, and downtown portland while still in a lovely residential neighborhood. though the apartment is clean and tidy, it (and the small bldg the apt is in) has grown a bit "long in the tooth" and could use a good refresh: paint, deep clean, new stove, etc. still enjoyed our time here and - as others have mentioned - loved the cafe across the street!

It was just as described. Kimberly is friendly and will respond within a few minutes. She will also check in regularly during your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe to even walk at night. It makes you feel right at home. The fridge is huge too so you don’t have to worry about not having space for food. Also, if you have any questions before booking, don’t hesitate in asking Kimberly and her fast response is one thing that made me want to stay here. I highly recommend this place!

This is a gem! Dont look too hard or you’ll miss it! The property sits back off of the street which I loved. In a very, pleasant neighborhood, across from a fantastic restaurant. 10/10!

This unit is one of 4 in an apartment building so it’s nice and private. It has a nice full kitchen and a little cafe right across the street and an amazing Thai restaurant within walking distance. And if you are going to OHSU, you can walk there too. It was perfect for us.
