I needed a home base while working remotely in Portland for a few days and Connor's apartment was a great fit. It was very spacious and despite being a basement apartment, received plenty of afternoon light. The full kitchen was very large and while it was missing a few cooking essentials when I arrived, I notified Connor and he made sure I had replacements by the next morning. The location is great, very leafy and close to cafes, but also only a minute's walk from a useful bus stop that takes you downtown and a 10-15 minute walk from the Williams Street commercial corridor. Connor also went out of his way to go above and beyond in terms of communication, which was a big relief. Would highly recommend for self-sufficient or long-term travelers who can benefit from the large kitchen and dining spaces as well as in-unit washer and dryer!

Perfect spot for our weekend stay for a wedding nearby. Had all the essentials and Connor was so kind and communicative. Even gave us a few great coffee recommendations that did not miss the mark! Would absolutely stay again on future travels.

I’m a frequent visitor to Portland. Usually stay in hotels but I wanted to treat myself and Connor’s place was definitely a treat. It’s in a nice cozy area and near a great sushi and sandwich spot all within walking distance. I’m will be visiting Portland in a couple of weeks and I hope I can snag this place again

Connor was very helpful, responsive, and made the experience so much easier. This was my first time using air bnb and he was able to provide thorough instructions on how to get in and out and to what was available. The place itself was super cozy, clean, and everything was easily accessible. I also reached out for local recommendations and Connor gave the best recommendations that made the trip super fun! Great place and great host.

Last minute booking was a pleasant surprise. This didn’t feel like a basement apartment…lots of good lighting/windows. Very comfortable, well stocked and clean. The cookies left for us were delicious! The neighborhood is very walkable but not much around. We got Thai takeout from a little shack on MLK blvd and it was great!
