Clean and comfortable.

To start this was a nice place that had many positives, not listing those but just know we enjoyed this cool old house and its location. Plenty of room, nice furnishings etc. A few things that I missed in listing…-there is not assigned parking, you have to use street parking which is pretty tight in that area. In other places like this I’ve stayed the landlord would help obtaining a temporary resident parking pass. This is a 4 BR house not a 2 BR as listed. You are only renting 2 BR, they expect you to only use 2. Reasonable, I guess but they should lock the other 2. I feel like that is something extra you have to manage that you would not at other places. -there is not central AC, rather a couple of mini split AC’s in house. It made the master bedroom really stuffy, a fan would be a good idea in there. -The bed in master BR is deeper in middle than at edges, though the night you and your bed partner will both roll towards the middle. -It has a a really cool old claw foot tub, but the fixture needs to be replaced. The slightest movement of cold water knob turns from very hot to very cold.- lastly, and this is a hill I will die on, they got cheap with toilet paper and paper towels. You pay 500 a night to stay at a place, they can spend 10 to buy half decent stuff. -On a positive note, they had some k cups from a local coffee roaster, delicious!Overall a nice place, just think listing could be more clear.

Jordan was so easy to reach and had answers to my questions. The place had plenty of room. Especially in the family room. It was comfortable for all of us. I would rent this again.

Great stay. Comfortable place with ample room. Clean throughout with no smells in the bathrooms or kitchen areas. The washer-dryer was a great addition as well and would be welcomed by anyone doing activities outdoors (ie. hiking). Aircon worked very well in both bedrooms. Only a couple of things to note: Burnside St seemed to have quite a number of questionable characters (just keep your wits about you) and the parking is a little difficult. You may need to walk 5-10 mins to your car and payment is required 9am to 6pm except Sundays. All in all we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Jordan!

This airbnb is in a great location being walking distance to so many fun restaurants & shops on Nob Hill! Street parking is paid within certain hours & can be tricky depending on the time of day. We arrived at 11:30 pm, had a little trouble finding parking, there were some *colorful* characters out that time of night, & the fire alarm was chirping and needed a battery replacement. It was not the smoothest check in process because of this-- we had to run out at grab batteries. However, Jordan was responsive, apologetic, & tried to make it right. We understand that certain things are out of your control as an airbnb host, plus it was on us for arriving so late. Again, the parking was a little inconvenient throughout the trip, but Jordan was very upfront with this in the listing, so it was expected. With all of this being said, we would absolutely stay here again! The house was cute with all amenities needed and it was very convenient to have a shared, fenced yard for our dog!
