Jordan was so easy to reach and had answers to my questions. The place had plenty of room. Especially in the family room. It was comfortable for all of us. I would rent this again.

Great stay. Comfortable place with ample room. Clean throughout with no smells in the bathrooms or kitchen areas. The washer-dryer was a great addition as well and would be welcomed by anyone doing activities outdoors (ie. hiking). Aircon worked very well in both bedrooms. Only a couple of things to note: Burnside St seemed to have quite a number of questionable characters (just keep your wits about you) and the parking is a little difficult. You may need to walk 5-10 mins to your car and payment is required 9am to 6pm except Sundays. All in all we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Jordan!

This airbnb is in a great location being walking distance to so many fun restaurants & shops on Nob Hill! Street parking is paid within certain hours & can be tricky depending on the time of day. We arrived at 11:30 pm, had a little trouble finding parking, there were some *colorful* characters out that time of night, & the fire alarm was chirping and needed a battery replacement. It was not the smoothest check in process because of this-- we had to run out at grab batteries. However, Jordan was responsive, apologetic, & tried to make it right. We understand that certain things are out of your control as an airbnb host, plus it was on us for arriving so late. Again, the parking was a little inconvenient throughout the trip, but Jordan was very upfront with this in the listing, so it was expected. With all of this being said, we would absolutely stay here again! The house was cute with all amenities needed and it was very convenient to have a shared, fenced yard for our dog!
