Great little studio. Good for our basic needs for a 2 day stay. Quiet at night, road noise during day. Comfy bed, nice sheets. Clean new towels. Nice TV. Chair sitting for 2 but no sofa. Nice size fridge. Uncluttered and open feel. Would rent here again. Came to be close to Lewis & Clark (15 m drive). Perfect for our short visit needs to Portland. Location worked well to get to both downtown and the college.

Perfect spot for 2! Super cute and spacious, has everything you could need, plus great access to all sorts of city activities nearby! Would for sure recommend staying here! We had a great time and would def come back :)

We booked one night in Trevor’s place. We needed a place to sleep and shower while we house hunted. Everything was great until the next morning when we tried to use the shower. It wasn’t working and although Trevor was responsive and said he would send someone, he stopped responding to messages when I asked for a little reimbursement for the room. He has yet to respond to the request and it wasn’t something I would normally ask for. I have never submitted a negative review on a host but he didn’t even apologize or express remorse for the inconvenience. I hope he gets the shower fixed for future guests.

Thank you for everything. I truly enjoyed my stay and appreciate your hospitality. The location is excellent, especially being so close to work and downtown Portland while still being removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. It provided a great balance of convenience and comfort.I also want to thank you for your excellent communication throughout my stay. Communication is very important to me, and you were always responsive, helpful, and attentive whenever I had questions or concerns. That made a real difference and helped me feel comfortable during my visit. I'll admit it took me a little while to settle in, but that had everything to do with my own adjustment and nothing to do with the Airbnb itself. Trevor has created a beautiful place that is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would gladly stay here again. Thank you for making me feel at home. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
