Great spot in a freshly rennovated airbnb in a happening area of Portland. Tons of restaurants right outside the door (right off the main strip - 23rd). Kevin is super responsive and let us drop our bags early while the unit was being cleaned. Found the bed really comfortable, fully stocked kitchen if you want to cook. Location was aweome - esp if you don't have a car. Salt & Straw right outside the door was trouble but we survived it :)

We had a great stay in Kevin's apartment. The place is great, with everything you need. And the location is unbeatable in the heart of NW Portland, walkable and with lots of great restaurants and stores right outside the door. Can definitely recommend and would happily stay here again.

This was one of the most unique and cool stays I’ve done! It is in the heart of an ADORABLE part of Portland that is very trendy, and upscale without being too bougie. Super walkable to a ton of really cool spots. Parking wasn’t hard to find, and is paid on the street. The place itself is a basement apartment that is fully renovated, very well decorated, and fully stocked. It doesn’t feel like a converted basement at all! Check in was super easy and the host was very responsive. 10/10 recommend.

If you want to be near shops and restaurants, this is a good spot. Easy to enter. However, a few minor upgrades would improve this site such as more shelves and towel bars in the bathroom, better instruction on washer and TV, and new toaster. Thank you.
