Our group was 3 adults and 1 toddler and we were very comfortable. We didn’t have any issues with noise. The bar next door is closed indefinitely and the noise from upstairs was minimal. We had a minor issue during our stay and James sent someone to deal with it immediately. He also responded quickly to other requests and was helpful throughout our stay. Walkable to lots of great coffee and food, gym, and a park with a playground. The only downside to the location is that there’s no laundromat nearby and no laundry available onsite but we knew that ahead of time.

Very nice apartment (up some stairs, so no ADA access). Large open rooms, very clean. No problems at all. I would use this again, when circumstances arise.

we had a wonderful stay… It was so nice to be in the heart of the area with restaurants and bars all around! we felt very safe and the host was very responsive with any questions that we had! we will be back!!!

We loved our 2-day stay - the home was welcoming, comfortable and well decorated. The neighborhood was fantastic with many restaurants, bars and things to see within walking distance. The street was busy but no issues with parking and not excessively loud. Would love to stay at this property again - James was a fantastic host, very responsive and proactive!
