The units were beautiful, and tastefully decorated. The location was convenient but on a very busy road and with only street parking it was difficult for I find a place within a couple blocks in evenings and traffic around the units was heavy. Nothing the host could obviously control but it made the stay with a large group including children difficult. At check in we received notice that if the AC was blinking to message the host, indicating this was a known issue. We messaged the host and they were very responsive but couldn’t get anyone out that evening as it was around 6pm. We messaged multiple people times over the next several days about getting someone out and while the host was very responsive and friendly, they never actually did anything to fix the problem over a 4 day stay which made the stay uncomfortable in one of the units. The second unit had standing water in the bottom of dishwasher which we assumed was a drain issue so that could not be used.

We enjoyed our stay at James's place. The location is great, with many restaurants and activities within walking distance. The house is well decorated and had plenty of amenities provided. We didn't know that it was a duplex with access to both sides, but it ended up working well for our group. When anything came up James was very responsive and helpful! We would stay here again.

We had a great stay at James's place. It was clean and very spacious. Be aware that this is actually 2 separate units with separate entrances. They do not connect internally. There were adequate kitchens and communal space in each unit. Overall a great spot!

The house was easy to find and very clean and comfortable. James was very responsive even when we had minor issues with the door keypads.
