I loved Kimberly’s home. Very cute and had everything we need. Great neighborhood.

When I made our reservations with Airbnb to stay in Portland, I specifically picked locations which had AC. When we arrived, the AC at was not working. We immediately reached out to Kim and she told us that they had been having problems with the unit and that she would have her HVAC guy come over as soon as possible. We asked her several more times when that would be and she told us she did not know because he had not responded. The temperature reached 100° and 98° the following day. The AC was never fixed. She offered us a $100 refund. I ended up having to call Airbnb and negotiate with them on an acceptable refund. Airbnb said to call them next time right away and they will find us another place to stay that has AC.

Great place, walkable to Cartopia and other restaurants and parks. Easy 20 mins from the airport. Quiet and clean. Responsive host.
