This is a great place to stay! There are tons of coffee shops and restaurants nearby - we recommend Good Coffee and Kachka - and it's walkable, quiet, and close to transit that takes you downtown or to other cute neighborhoods. As mentioned in previous reviews, the walls are a bit thin since the building is older but it's not too bad! It's worth it for the charm of the old style house. Overall, beautiful apartment, perfect location!

I traveled from Eugene to Portland and stayed for 4 nights while I completed a practicum at Rose Waters Sanctuary. It was less than 10 minutes walk, very safe and clean area. Street parking was tight but available all around the apartment, no time limits! Didn't hear anything from the upstairs units at all, and with the windows closed there was hardly even street noise. The bar across the street was never open while I was there so don't know how that sound would have been. Felt very comfortable in the space, which has modern updates. All the kitchen basics are there, though I didn't find dish towels in any of the drawers. Bed and pillows both were comfortable - so appreciate that as a very particular sleeper! Also had to contact Kimberly about entry when I couldn't figure out the electronic lock. Immediately responded and it was user error anyway. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, lots of restaurants nearby. Great grocery stores nearby and there is a beautiful kitchen if you want to cook a meal. Kimberly responded quickly when I messaged her. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had a fantastic day at Kimberly‘s right and welcoming place. I came for dental tourism, got oral surgery, and this was exactly the peaceful, clean and bright place I needed. Walking distance to the dental office, so easy to get with public transportation, and while the outside of the home is a beautiful cottage. The inside is modern and beautiful. So much so that we were thinking of remodeling our own kitchen to match Kimberly’s. Kimberly was incredibly responsive and I would recommend this to anyone coming to visit who wants to be in the city and close to public transit. We didn’t go out to eat, but there are many cute restaurants and places to grab a beer or cocktail or a glass of wine close by. We did pick up food at this wonderful market close by that resembles a Whole Foods or mother’s market with excellent quality food. We had everything we needed, and were so grateful for the Portland organic coffee, and we loved all the special cooking herbs! Lived it here!
