Thanks Kimberly for your responsiveness. We had a nice stay in Portland for 4 days and this place worked well!

We enjoyed our stay in Kimberly’s home. The home was clean and perfect for two people. There was some noise from the upstairs apartment at times but it was not constant or excessive. Although the home does not have parking we were able to find parking a couple streets down the first night and the other nights right in front of the building. We also appreciated that there was plenty of restaurants and coffee shops to explore within walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay! Very happy with the location, surrounding neighborhoods and the vibe. Kimberly’s place was Cozy and Welcoming, and she was responsive when needed. Would stay here again.

Incredible mini-Portland getaway! We were able to park, check in, and walk to very cool neighborhood bars and music venue. Definitely keep this in mind for another stay in the future!!!

This apartment is perfect. It’s cozy, has everything you need, and nothing you don’t. The location is perfect. You’re right in the middle of central east side with a grocery store and plenty of great places to eat within easy walking distance. Parking was no problem at all, we found close parking on the street. Kimberly is an excellent host and is very communicative. We had no issues staying here whatsoever and will 100% stay here again when we come back to visit Portland. Highly recommend this stay!!
